Private Investigator

Private Investigator

If in the hypothetical scenario. the grandson and the executor withdrew from
the revocable trust before death of the deceased. could be considered as
acts of accounting fraud and thievery. When a group of people set up a
revocable trust. they are to wait until the death of the deceased. The
revocable trust is then merged with any wills provided by the deceased. This
will go through the court system to determine who gets what. Then from
there. the revocable trust will be legally revoked as the will is to be
served.

In acts of such possible accounting fraud and thievery in this type of a
case. a Private Investigator will need to do three things:

1. Gathering information on such estate and proven revocable trust policies.
This includes the people involved who established this type of trust.

2. Gather evidence of who withdrew from the trust BEFORE the death of the
deceased. proven no such permissible clause was done.

3. Subpoenaing any information necessary from the executor. Further steps
might be required if cooperation has not been met.

the trust was revoked because the names on the trust was
legit in the eyes of the bank systems. This is just another way of robbing a
person's assets or fundings as a "permissible clause" or so signed on the
trust verification forms at what bank they established at.

There might be more than the information you have given us. As a
professional tek investigator. we would have to review everything from the
bottom and up to determine what is fact and what is not.

but it nevertheless is easy to see what was done. We have
caught the Executor in more than one outright lie. and she has been
reluctant to produce documents. which are incomplete and sometimes
contradictory. That. and the newfound wealth of the perpetrators tells
me to persue this with vigor. The question now becomes whether to hire
a PI or to let our attorney hire the PI. assuming that the attorney
agrees to take the case.

It is wise to go through the attorney. It is because the attorney would then
have the expertise to review the case entirely. He/She will tell you what
steps to take if the case is proven worthy to him/her.
