Trying to determine if it's a match ...

I've been researching an organization that for 2 years had a paid board
member yet this person was a phantom. I have this person's name.
birthdate and a few addresses.

This person has the exact same name as a govt. employee. One of the
addresses for this person is in a DC suburb. I'm trying to determine if
the person on the organization's tax returns is the same exact person
that works for this certain govt. agency. Again. here is what I know
for sure:

Person A
Their full name
Their various addresses (one address being in a DC suburb)
Their birthdate

Does anyone know any legal way I can obtain the required information to
determine if they are the same person?


what can you say to a complete stranger over the
telephone to get them to tell you their birthday?


It's a quite delicate situation. I want to verify the facts without
slandering someone or coming across as a conspiracy nut.



Are you a PI or what. There are things that a legal
& at times illegal investigator can do. But since I'm
a curious blonde why do you need to know ?
I am NOT flaming or starting anything it just seems
strange that you are asking for this info. without a reason
nor are you signing off using a signature lines.
