if I don't collect on it
soon I will have to file for an extension. The judgement was for nearly
$3. Colorado. When I went to
garnish from his bank that same day. he had closed his account down.
The guy didn't even show up for court - so of course it defaulted to
me. I had also filed the form to request his information through the
court. which he did not respond to. The person who owes me the money
has moved to Lakewood. OH or at least was there in August of 2005 when
I last searched. I tried turning the case over to a pro at that time.
who dropped the ball on it. Obviously. I would really like to get this
judgement wrapped up. Any suggestions? How can I find out where he is
banking? Can anyone recommend a collector near Lakewood/Cleveland who
does out of state collections?
